TrueTeenBabes prides itself on subscriber services. If the answer to your question is not found in this page, please email us at Staff@TrueTeenBabes.com and we will get the answer back to you as soon as possible.

Subscription Process  --  This is an archive website. We do not update. From the main page you can see the models featured. Click on a model's photo and you will see a small sample of each photo set in her archive section. From there you can subscribe to download all her photo sets for your private collection.

Please use the form below to contact us if you have questions before subscribing.

Cancelling Subscriptions  --  The subscriptions here do not automatically renew and there is no need to cancel.

Please complete your downloads quickly. Subscriptions can't be extended without further payment.

Charges & Refunds  --  Please remember that your credit card statement will read our commercial photography studio name of "Group Five Photosports" along with our toll-free subscriber services phone number of 1-877-686-5393.

All subscription sales are final and cannot be refunded. All access to the publication is carefully logged with IP addresses and ISPs being recorded should we need to dispute a chargeback or refund request. If you have any questions about your subscription or credit card statement, please contact us at 1-877-686-5393 before we send the item to collections.

We will check it directly and reply as soon as possible. For your protection we can only send username and password information to the email address used to subscribe to the site.

TrueTeenBabes uses security software to prevent hacking and password trading. If your username and password have been used by three different computers, ISPs or IP addresses within a 60 minute period it will be shut off temporarily. To prevent this, please do not give or trade your password to any other persons. More information about our password security system can be found on the Password Page.

Video Download Help  --   All videos at in High Definition (HD 720p) at 1280x720 in Windows Media Player format - the same as 720P HD TVs.

All video downloads are store in ZIP files and must be downloaded before playing.

To play the videos after purchase please follow these steps.

1. Click the thumbnail photo to start the download of that video and save that ZIP file to your computer.

2. Unzip the file to your computer. Unzipping is done by using software made for that purpose. Most computers have it already, or you can go to Download.com and get a free program for it.

3. Double click the file and it should automatically play in whatever video player you have installed.

These files will play in computers that have Windows Media Player version 9.0 or newer and Mac computers with VLC Player installed.
